Anders Jacobson
Anders is an investor, entrepreneur, and the founder of Brighton Capital. Prior to multifamily, he built two multimillion-dollar businesses in the solar industry. He has always had a passion for real estate, from single-family and fix & flips to short-term rentals and multifamily. He started investing in multifamily in 2017 and has investments across Texas, Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina. In 2018, his first child, Brighton, was born, which motivated him to create a legacy for his family and help others do the same. He loves providing a vehicle for others to achieve freedom over their finances and time.
Anders has been trained and mentored by the top coaches and leaders in the industry and continues to educate himself as national and regional markets shift. He lives in Raleigh, NC, with his beautiful wife and two amazing children. When he’s not working, he enjoys playing sports, competing in triathlons and long-distance races, and spending time at the beach.

Gino Barbaro is an investor, business owner, author and entrepreneur. He has grown his real estate portfolio to over 1600 multifamily units. He is the best-selling author of three books, Wheelbarrow Profits and Family, The Honeybee, Food and the Friars, and graduated from IPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching) where he earned his designation as a Certified Professional Coach. His passion lies in running the client relations for Rand Partners, along with underwriting deals and exploring new opportunities in the national market. He currently resides in St. Augustine, Florida with his beautiful wife Julia and their six children.
